Michael Vennerstrom is the leader of Equinox Creative and many of our project teams. He is one of our customer’s primary contacts from proposal to on-site operation.

His role is decision-maker, coach, and facilitator. It’s Mike’s responsibility to define customer needs, formulate a plan to meet them, and properly communicate those solutions to the appropriate team members. He also manages content development, creative design and technical support for many of our client projects.

Kathy Felber leads our Trade Show Design and Management efforts as well as providing leadership to the Equinox administrative and project management teams.

In addition to designing and managing our trade shows, Kathy’s responsibilities include organization of all production elements of our projects, including scheduling, budgets, contracts, presentation development, speaker graphic production, and on-site logistics. Kathy ensures that all creative elements adhere to timelines and that we obtain proper approvals throughout the production process.

Kathy has over 20 years of Trade Show Management experience, including floor design, exhibitor relations, decorator selection and negotiations, labor supervision, and vendor management.

A founder and principal of Equinox Creative, Kathy has coordinated shows all over the world, including Germany, Australia, France, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Mexico, Hong Kong, the Bahamas, and the United Kingdom. Her clients have included Daikin McQuay, Medica, CNH, General Tire, Bristol Meyer Squibb, Lotus, Burger King, Pontiac, First Union Securities, Quest Diagnostics, Retek, Pillsbury, Valspar, Roche Diagnostics, Smiths Medical and Compaq among others.

Jane is the leader of the Equinox Creative travel and logistics team focusing primarily on the attendee experience. Her responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiation, food and beverage design, registration, attendee communication, transportation and on-site operations.

Jane has spent her entire career in the meeting and incentive travel industry. In her 20 plus years, she has gained a perfect combination of industry experience, destination knowledge, and a curiosity to explore what the latest and greatest options are for her clients. She exhibits a real passion for managing a project as flawlessly and seamlessly as possible.
